Delivery: Once your ritual is with the carrier, US orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your label is created.
We know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark items early. If it still hasn't appeared, email us immediately at support@komplimentskincare.store and we will make it right.
